I don't think you're being a dick on this one; I agree with you in a way. I say in a way because I'm a noob. The way I "fell into" IM is by buying the Ewen Chia and friends garbage. Everything that is available to noobs is "it's so easy" and "no start up expenses". Then after you're done reading the garbage, you have it set in your head that you don't need to use your extra money for this stuff. And the idea that it's so easy and anyone can do it.

Now, if all noobs came here first I don't think our fellow BHW peer would be asking something like this. Instead he would be concentrating on his idea and his personal finances to try to gather up a dollar here and a dollar there.

I'm not picking on burkey. I myself have been wondering how to do this stuff without any personal investment for the first few months of this "IM stuff". It works, but it works WAY better with using some funds. This is a business and should be treated as such. Good luck burkey.

then you will develop yourself automatically, and gain knowledges, and you will discover your own methods!

Yeah, some people presented some good ideas on methods that dont require an investment.
But if you need domains, these are usually very cheap, around $1-$2 for a .info domain.

You dont have to spend a lot of money either. Try to set aside a small budget, maybe just around $50, and use it wisely. That could make things a bit easier for you than spending nothing whatsoever.

you dont NEED money but it sure makes it easier. a lot of us started out with nothing - so just focus on what you know works while venturing into other stuff. domains and the likes are not that expensive, not sure how it's not worth it. you dont have 10 bucks to put into hosting and a .info domain?

Thumblogger + adbrite + adultfriendfinder + cpa + free music + Lil Wayne + Coldplay + youtube = $$$ for me with no capital invested. search some of those keywords on here and google and you will do OK.

find a cpa you want to market, buy a $1 .info domain (oh right, no money, well go panhandle or check payphone change returns, heck you'd even be surprised how many people will give you 25cents or a dollar just for outright asking for it! I'm sure you'll find a dollar in an hour or less), and then do youtubing promos like Hustleratings suggested. You could be making that $1 back in about 2 hours or so (I'm adding time in there for learning the ropes/software )

I first got started doing affiliate marketing though Craigslist.

It is 100% free, it just takes your time.

But now Craigslist has kind of locked down a bit tighter, however it
is still very possible to make a killing on there and many people do.
