    I dunno whether this is the right section to ask, so sorry if its wrong.

    what is dedicated ip for hosting ?
    some need to be paid per month for 2$ some
    hostswinds i check 2$ per year.
    some written there additional dedicated ip for 2$

    what is it good for ?

    It means that you aren't sharing the IP with any other websites or hosting accounts.

    For a lot of things having a dedicated IP is useful. For just standard hosting it probably isn't that big of a deal, although if you have a network of sites it is probably a good idea to make sure each site is on a different IP (so it is harder for Google to link them together).

    so , if said , 1 of my 10 sites in 1 ip is having problems and banned by google , will google ban my others site because of IP ?

    U will need dedicated IP for ssl

    It's not an option to have dedicated IP for SSL installation.

    Google will not immediately ban your sites just because they are on the same IP. However if one site gets banned then Google will probably look more closely at the other sites on that same IP.

    The shortcoming of a shared IP is that, one does not only share the IP with someone
    other but actually shares all a reputation with shareholders.


    If someone within shared IP infrastructure involves in malpractices, others need to
    remain alert to absorb the direct impact of the malpractices performed within the
    shared IP environment.


    That's why i prefer to have a dedicated IP as you'll only be responsible for your own deeds.
