recently I began to start my autoblog 'business' it's going quite well, but one of my blog receive warning from one website owner, purely on curiosity I checked my original website feed and found out that I've been fucking with some real company :D, what should I do now ? just ignore them ? or should I change my web a little so I can keep it going ? (FYI : this one are pretty nice, it's one of my earlier autoblog so I put much more work into it than others, and the traffic are keep going up)

or maybe I should ask what will you do if you were me ? anyway thanks for reading and I appreciate all replies

you know how much he want to buy ? only $20
    then....
i ignored him !!! that's clear and clean
like you said : ( I put much more work into it than others, and the traffic are keep going up ) suddenly somebody said he's an owner !!!! NO WAY
except we can make a deal on it. :D

Did you actually copy someones website exactly, or are you just pulling content from another site? If its just content, just switch where you are getting it from, problem solved. Or just add a disclaimer stating where the content is coming from, and you are just republishing articles that you find interesting. Unless you directly copied a whole site, its hard for them to get anything from you if you just stop using their content.

add a link back to his site under it. "This is from this website."

Now you've referenced it and its no longer plagerism / copyright infringement ;)

The problem arises because you are making the content look like its yours. Not that you are hosting it on your site. If you do this and they still cause you trouble, just stop posting their content.

excellent solution.I think you can tell them you are going to send them more traffic by placing a link at the end of each article derived from their site and hence is actually great for them.Make him think about it and i think he will agree.

a little update about my situation :
today got contacted by my host, demanding the removal of the related article (dammit), since there's other blog in this host I cannot risk it by defending this one, a little hard at heart but I guess I have to let it go (the articles) and it's over 120 article ... thanks god I divide my article by certain categories, so I can filter it.

well.... moral of the story : do not be greedy and claim anything on the internet as yours :p, it will be bad in the long terms (now I gotta edit all my blog without the copyrights)
