[ASK] Classifieds Tools

Is there any tools that would submit a single post to various classifieds?

I do not have any specific choice of Classifieds Sites that the tool must have CL, etc. I just would like to know if there is a tool that would post to various free classifieds.

Does anyone know of any such tool?
