[ASK] Can I Use Movie Title on Domain?

So, recently I found a good expired domain, but in the domain name, there is a movie title.

Is it ok if I register the domain?
Is there a chance that I will be subject to copyright infringement?

Did you search TESS? Depends on domain- not if dictionary word(s) or even a common phrase... as long as content (Photos, articles, etc.) isn't infringing- a tribute site to the specific movie for example. Ex: SpidermansSuit or HulksBrain could be non infringing- but also depends on the copyright holder's lawyers.

Movie names are generally not trademarked unless it a successful franchise.

Search on google: movie name+ trademark. If you see it is a trademark, then avoid it
