Hello, I am not from USA. Can I verify my paypal using international credit card such as Standard Chartered (I am from Indonesia, and SC is exist on my country).

Can somebody help me ?

hi,

Yes, you can use any credit card to verify paypal. They will charge your card for a buck and you have to contact your bank with a 4 char code. Hope it helped..

sure, that is very helpful. So, even if I use credit card issued by local bank, can it verify my paypal account ?

I am also curious, why a lot of people willing to buy USA verified Paypal.
