I can write all articles with the same organisation and headlines ?

For example if I will write reviews about weight loss products I can use the same model for all articles ?

    Model example :
    1. Introduction
    2. What is "the product" ?
    3.The Side Effects
    4. "the product" reviews and opinions from real buyers:
    5. Advantages
    6. Is working or not ?
    7. Conclusion

So I will can review all products with the same process and same headlines ?

As long as the information below each heading is different, then there should not be a problem with this. I do this on one of my sites and have never experienced any adverse effects.

    Should or shouldn't ?

Also the sub headings need to be unique or I can use the same headings for every content ? (Of course, the headline will be unique)

I said there should not be a problem with it.
Heading tags are just used to structure your articles as well as to give your visitors a general idea of what the next section is about. Sites like WebMD use similar headings and organisation in some of their articles (Symptoms, Types, Warning Signs, etcetera), so there isn't a problem with it.
