Hello, I need articles for my blog. I am looking for site where I simply write some description of what I need, pay money via paypal and get my article.

you can try any of the freelancer sites such as RAC, scriptlance, GAF or many others. However why not just find an article on article site and rewrite it. I have found that it can take longer to post on a site, explain to the writer, sort out revisions etc than what it actually takes to rewrite the article yourself!
