    Hey guys,

So I just want to see if this would be a problem. I'm building a site about a certain profession. Lets say the profession I'm writing about is lawyers.

In the article, I'm listing the requirements to be a lawyer in a bulleted list:

    - requirement 1
    - requirement 2
    - etc

I'm basically getting the requirements off of other sites, and trying to rewrite them a little, but finding it kind of difficult to rewrite requirements, as they are basically set in stone.

If my list is quite similar to others, is that going to be a problem in terms of article uniqueness?

You can go on copyScape dot com and check for starters.

Yeah, I use copyscape premium. Just checked one of my articles and 17% of it matched another source. So it's 83% unique.

The part that was copied was a list of specific job positions which I can't really reword it:

    for example:

    - Technical Assistant
    - Receptionist
    - etc..

    How about?
    - Technical Assistant(s)
    - Receptionists

Shake it up a bit. Rather than using the web for research buy a book or take your laptop to a library.

Regardless of what source I use, it's going to be the same. These are specific requirements set by the state. So I can't really change it around. But I'll try my best :p

You cannot do much about this... All I can suggest you is shuffle the listings.

Or you can use the synonyms for some terms.
