I use SEOcontent machine for the scraping (it scrapes a shitload of somewhat related articles in their original form and/or can directly spin them using a spinner of your choice) and definitely recommend WordAI for the spinning.

That's a powerful combo for content on all tiers.

WordAI is good for spinning and I look manually for articles since I am very picky
