thats the error I'm getting when after installing / opening up software
Strange i have not heard about it before so i cant not suggest anything for sure.. Did you contact the support? what do they have to say??
Try posting in the AMR support forum or contacting Sniper.
Tried contacting sniper but he didnt reply.
Ive used it before -- but not on a windows server running 64 bit
I believe it's compatible - but it's not even turning on now..
Its no surprise. AMR has really poor support. I guess thats one of the reasons why a lot of people dont bother paying extra $67 for v2.
I contacted them once and yes, there customer support is very poor. Go and buy some other software
After sales support is more important to survive in business. If you do not get support reply that means that business is finished and you should not bother to pay them any more. Get better similar software....
