Article Marketing - Rate me!

Hi Guys.

Just completed my first mass article submission by doing the following ...

Rewrote my article 3 times.
Spun each sentence 3 times.
Spun most words 3 times.

The submitted it using MAS and got the following results ...

Submitted to 567
Published on 366
Waiting for review 130
declined 0

How did i do? 366 out of 567? good or bad? not forgetting 130 still to be reviewed? Looks pretty good to me but what do you guys think?

Although i have a small concern ... i submitted these over the space of 2 weeks, a week on from that (3-4 weeks in total) i have only received 8 google alerts? meaning only 8 links have been picked up by big G?
Is there something else i should be doing?
Is it a case of waiting?
I have not seen any improvement in my ranking to date.

Well try social bookmarking the ezine, goarticles and other high pr article directory articles. Also they might not all be indexed yet. I'll keep an eye on this thread, very interested in how this turns out.

problem is those are some crappy sites - theres only a handfull worth while

To me you are doing good. Bookmark your article links and send rss feeds to rss directories. Create 2.0 sites at blogger, wordpress and others and publish your articles there too. Then bookmark those as well.

Iv'e used MAS and yes you gets loads of submissions but you end up with a bunch of low value links. Don't seem to have done my sites much good.

Social Bookmarking helps a lot for getting links indexed, and maybe a little link juice. Ezine articles and goarticles articles are to be indexed first so that ezine and goarticles accept them. Most of the High PR article directories check if the content is unique. That's why I recommended social bookmarking them. Somehow sort them according to PR and use some automation tool.

You could try pinging all the article URLs too. Should help indexing. As a practice, we bookmark, ping and generate RSS for submission on all the articles we submit to article directories. Bookmarking demon can do all of that...
