I was trying to figure out and though to ask you experts ,

Looking at a private network , who dont allow more than 15 comments , what is best to have the blog with the links or to have in comments with link .

Price differs for both but when really google index the page they wont value where it is .

A link will carry same value whether up there or down in comments .

Now please dont confuse this with normal or public blog which are spammed to death.

You'll have the best results if you get your link in the article itself. Google puts more weight in links the closer they are to the top and while Comments still pass a bit of link juice back to your site, they won't pass nearly as much as a link in say the first few lines of a blog post.

If you are looking for blog comments with less than 15 comments, I would suggest you focus on high PR, moderated blogs. Ensure your comment is appropriate and relevant to the blog post and your comment will succeed where the spammers attempts fail. :D
