it's very sad that people are only "decent" because armed forces are there to keep them inline.

The crowd is clapping like the guy did something to deserve it.

Anyways, that is what a people get (and they deserve it), when they refuse to insist upon their God-given right to keep and bear arms.

Zeus did that? Last time I heard, even fire was forbidden and a blackhat dude called Prometheus had to steal the code and release it on Usenet....

Well okay. The idea of "God" here is intended to mean "not government". It doesn't matter what non-governmental, supernatural entity one claims has given them the inalienable right to keep and bear arms. The point is that no man, and no government, can do away with that right. Introducing the notion of "God" into the equation is intended to illustrate that nothing but "God" can take that right away, and that any attempt by government to do so is government's implicit statement that they are acting in a god-like capacity.

Which, as I am sure you are aware of, is highly dangerous. When Governments presume to fill the role of God, all hope for human freedom is lost. And that is the case today, I might add. And why Civil War is both inevitable and quite necessary.

    @Nigel Farage

You are talking about the concept of "natural law", which, while I 'd love to accept as an absolute, I certainly can't justify that intellectually. In reality, there are no inalienable rights. A right is a claim to property and property is defined by peer agreement (either by force or not).

You are better educated than I am, so I have no hope to win against the overwhelming power of your fancy-pants university book learning. However I am absolutely certain when the balance of power has veered too far in favor of the State and my "peers", and that is the case now. And one cannot vote against the will of the Mob. Guns are required.

Being am orthodox (i.e. strict) Libertarian, I agree. I was just hinting you to look deeper into the justification arguments.

It is really sad, but sometime we must admit there are some bad points of human nature.

Earlier you said it looked like the guy in the video deserved it. Being that we can't know that for sure, let's just say that he did. Are you saying him having a gun would have been a better scenario here? I mean, good guys getting shot at when they are trying to stop a bad guy? And let's also look at the other side: what if the guy did nothing wrong and the mob were the "bad guys" and all had guns? I think we'd be seeing a much different video..

    Guns are a tricky issue..

I thought poverty and violence are things happening in the States in the past 10 years...unfortunately. Won't take long until riots start here, too. :(

Only as a theoretical construct. When a bat-wielding mob is chasing you down the street, things will become much clearer to you. Too many people rely on book learning and theory. For some people, getting their ass kicked could be the best thing for them, and others. Think about how many Trayvon's have thought twice before initiating physical contact with a pudgy man at night, and how many lives have been saved as a result of that 2nd thought?

And, as an FYI, I'm proud of Zimmerman. I don't care what he's done, or what he might do. Z has done more to enforce the idea that individuals have rights and can enforce them with deadly violence if necessary, and that statement aims just as well at the American Government as it does the criminal class, and their youthful wannabe thugs.

People should watch "Rollerball" as a good movie about the conflict between the superior individual and the people that control the barely adequate and enslaved masses. It's either freedom, or it's a fucking illusion. The pill is red or blue. Sometimes "freedom" is defined as doing something that every single human on the face of the planet disagrees with, for no other purpose than to prove to yourself (and them) that you can. And they can too. Slaves just fucking HATE to have their noses rubbed in their unrealized potential, and the fact that they never even tried.

How would you like to wake up one morning, at the age of say 65, and look back and realize that in the face of your oncoming and inevitable death, you've done nothing but go through the motions of a pseudo-life, and you've squandered whatever chance at freedom you might have had, forever? So they don't. The slip back beneath the surface, close their eyes and go back to sleep until they die.

And I say, better someone else should die, than I should be forced to live as a slave.

I wish those MotherF*ckers were in Albania.

They wouldn't never had the chance to see the daylight ever again.

I am from Tropoja and believe me if one of our cousins/brothers/loved ones would be hit like that from that group, we would brake every last piece of bone in each ones pathetic body.

These kind of videos make me so mad and furious.

Worse stuff happens in the States when we go Black Friday shopping or when our sports teams win or lose... it's not just about poverty.

Argentina is the next Venezuela and Brazil the next Argentina. Sad, but true. Socialism and State interventionism are a hype right here.
