I have a number of CPA accounts with the majority of them with the big networks. I haven't used some at all since signing up with them and only focused on one or two to promote offers.

I get an email from one of the networks yesterday saying that my account has been inactive for over a month and they want to schedule a call with me to discuss if there is anything they can do to help me. Is it ok though, just to leave the account sitting there not using it as I am too busy with other things to focus on it right now?

I have about 30 open accounts like this that have been like this for over a year. My AMs call or email every so often and I just tell them I'm busy with other things (i.e. the truth - weird, huh?).

Since I like to recycle my traffic as much as possible (put them on a list, sell them a recurring payment product, membership, etc) I typically only use CPA as a last resort and when I do I'm looking for something very specific so I like having access to all the accounts but if one or two get closed on me, I won't whine. It's just business on their part if they don't like "loose ends" in terms of open, mostly "dead" accounts.
