It has its ups and downs. Got diagnosed with depression 3 years ago but I’m living with it.

But imagine being a Creative Retoucher editing high res photos (5000x6000 for example) with more than 50 layers with an $280 PC, not fun at all.

I'm happy because I have my wife and a family that loves me.
But also will eventually need two 0 - kidneys or ill die so there's that.
Some days are terrible some are great.

I am not happy at all, my health is poor and I have lower back pain which feels like it will be with me forever. Might as well RIP and the sooner the better although sad as I'm still quite young.

Speaking of back pain, does anyone know if exercise can fix this or doing weight lifting to strengthen it? I don't really see how if there is something wrong with the spine. FML.

Massage won't help and I am pretty sure of it. Going to sleep and waking up in the morning helps but a few hours into the day and it starts all over again.

I've always wondered how can someone be happy being aware and having consciousness.
