Are you going to upgrade to Windows 11 ?

Eventually. I will move when 10 is end of life for support/security.
The main software I use for work is Windows only. It takes big performance hit in virtual machine. Otherwise I would be on linux.

I hate windows 10 so much in the same time i think it's the best windows yet and it's so secure, but i hate it because of their forced non stop updates, as someone who runs bots and scripts for hours on my laptops, updates can be a pain in the a$$. I hope windows 11 will be as much as good with updates once every 6 months, that would be nice but I don't think that will be case, there will be updates every week and month for sure.

I'm thinking of going 100% Linux and just use windows which contains a bunch of backdoors by default on virtual machine.

its ok. just admit every windows after 7 has been complete garbage.
If i had to use windows 10 for work i would have been fired because of all the forced updates.

Imagine spending 1000$ on a computer only for it to not listen to you and make demands on when and how you can use it.
Imagine it keylogging and screenshoting your every password, crypto assets, where your kids go to school etc.

In the end the linux "Weirdos" and autists were right. After they clear the annoying glitches of their builds their systems are a well oiled machine that only does whatever you tell it to do.

I can't unfortunately. My computer isn't compatible lol.

Probably, but only 1 year later, coz there ll be bunch of errors.

Never change a winning system - I‘ll wait till I have to

I am leaving win forever, about to embrace Linux and it will be my daily driver, just need some time to play with WINE to get all my win programs, if not a VM as a second choice

.

Windows 10 is pretty good tbh. At least for what I'm doing daily.
