The $1 charge is by fiverr and not PayPal, so yes it will still apply. You'll also get a small charge for receiving the money probably. It's another 4c for each $4 here.

The $1 is Fiverr's withdrawal fee, and is taken off before the money reaches your Paypal account, and then you have to pay PP fees on the remaining amount.

I'm from India but don't sell anything on fivver.

However, from what I know, you get $4 to your PayPal minus the PayPal fees. Then, when you are withdrawing, PayPal's conversion rate is lower than the market price, too. So, overall, you'd end up with about Rs. 180-190 for a single gig at a conversion rate of Rs 50.

    Hi,

Its $1 charges with fiverr but paypal also deducts 4% charges from now onwards. Today I got an update from Paypal that they will be deducting 4% from withdrawals for India.

    Thanks.

thanks everyone on your positive answers, and i want to answer to some misconceptions people have posted, for all other countries like USA and other there is 1$ withdrawal fees on the whole withdrawal whether it is 1000$ or 100$(i am not saying about the 20%/1$ fiverr cut here, i know that already) but my question is that is that same thing applicable to Indians? i mean Fiverr sends money via mass pay and only 1$ is taken before hand by paypal for such money sending but as Paypal`s rules are weird for only Indians and i want to know if its same or not?

If you withdraw using paypal, then it's the same rule for all.. i.e. 4 cents deducted and then for Indian's it's the paypal currency conversion fees which will suck all the money from it. so roughly you get less than $3.5 worth money in your bank account.
