Why would a design be worth any less online than off? And why not $1000? That's 10-20 hours of work. If your project takes that long to complete that's how much it's going to cost. Thanks for letting us know not to waste any time applying.

Worst thing to say to a potential designer. You just alienated every single amazing designer you may have had the LUXURY of working with. It's not what "you believe" as if you are the expert, if you were you wouldn't need a professional designer to help you. You've shown no respect for the craft in which you desire. Don't expect any in return.

What is your budget then? I am who you are looking for, but I am not about to design a full site for 400$. (PSD)
