Are We Allowed To Partner With Other BHW Members For JV ?

Okay so i have a marketing website that i have been running over a year now and have also tried selling here on BHW but my partner then who was once my customer could not keep to our agreement after we sold 2 packages so i stopped supporting the thread.

My question now is, are my allowed to partner with other BHW members ? If yes, how please ?

I would really welcome any suggestions on how best to do this.
