There are people that ask me if others have bing based accounts. I suspected that those are fraudulent. Why only bing if google also have ads? Must be because somehow they can trick bing system but not google. However, they maintain 9-10 traffic quality and there are people earning $300k per month with trafficz account. Trafficz seems to look the other way. There are people willing to give us their traffic source if we let them know how to create more accounts. Smell like fraud, but 9-10 traffic quality? That can't be faked right? It's based on whether people buy stuff or not.

How do they fake the TQ?

I think things like domainapps have TQ. Yahoo is merged with bing.

They are not faking TQ. Sounds like they are faking traffic to make it look good. Any contact info?

Their traffic isn't fraudulent, but they likely want to use Y/B because G is needlessly rigorous with their quality checks and often pockets legitimate bounties.

We run a Y feed for selected publishers and haven't had any clawbacks to date.

    HI All,

Still taking applications for folks with good quality, TQ 7+ traffic. If you think you can bring it, drop me a note. PPC typically above the .50 range.

I serious doubt they are completely fraudulent but cannot get away with what they are doing on Google.
