    Sup guys,

I've been reading a lot of 7878 material and people doing the journey for it and have become interested in ORM as it seems fun. I've been told to target clients with bad reps but what if the client ONLY receives bad rep?

Usually businesses have a mixture of 5 stars, 4 stars, 1 stars etc but the clients I'm trying to target have basically just 1 stars to 3 stars as its highest. Is it worth sending a letter to that business with an ORM strategy?

This is purely theory as I don't do ORM, but I guess you can try and send them letters as well. However, you have to consider your scope and limitations. Should your service just include increasing their positive reviews while hiding the bad ones or should you also include working on the root cause of those bad reps for a more long-term approach?

Depends on your service, you can't fix a bad company, that costs extra and is entirely different than ORM. I'd say your return calls or responses from such companies will be silence as they don't care about their reputation.
