yes, pretty much. you can get em at gas stations also. it is a vcc.

Cool.

Ok so now since that is the case, how would these work with an adult affiliate program? (yeah, I know the risks, but am not worried about that) Do they have to be loaded with a certain amount of money to work on the site?
