I don't know about you, but I personally have troubles getting following+unfollowing to work at the same time. I always follow until I reach the limit and then unfollow and repeat. If it works for you, that's great!
As for the limits, they're pretty good if you ask me. If you get blocked, try to increase the delays up for 5-10 seconds, if you still get blocked, it has to do something with follow/unfollow I believe.

How many followers do you currently have?
If you have few, then following 450 a day will raise flags. If your account is big, then those settings should be fine.

I always check "shuffle tasks" even when I do only 1 task. Anyway, it doesn't really matter, I got it under control.Yeah, it's a pretty new account

As for following on new accounts, I am following 600-700 on brand new accounts, on their 2nd or 3rd day and I don't have any problems at all.
dont follow and unfollow on same day, it lead to ban.
I follow 1500 a day for 4 day, them unfolow 3k a day for 2 day, them wait 1 day to start follow again.
This time and number inot good, easy to take you down, you use standart follow liker setting, IG aready know about it

Damn, your setting is almost as extreme as following and unfollowing at the same time.
IG is so unpredictable these days, lol.
