Are these niches saturated?

Hello guys!
I would very much like to open a site related to the "Gym & Fitness" niche something that can be monetized both with Adsense and Affiliations, do you say that it is too saturated now? Perhaps targeting a certain audience such as young people (teenagers) or over 60s, what do you think?
The other idea would be to open an app review site, but besides not knowing how to monetize it, it also seems too saturated.

I've been puzzling for days, is there an unsaturated niche (no, I'm not asking you to spoonfeeding me ) or is it too late for everything?

Have you checked any keywords about those? Over 60 seems interesting if there is search volume and little competition.

Gym & Fitness is not a niche, it's too big to be a niche. if you narrow it down you can make it work well.

I checked, but for me search volume is tooo low.

Do you mean something like "Gym & Fitness for tennis or for hockey" ?

if you have the budget for content no niche is saturated.

If you like the Niche and passionate about then Go for it

With so many people in IM niche, you will find competition in any broad niche. but if you look on the other side of the coin, it also mean that people are making money with this niche and so they are working. There are enough money in the market and you can make your own part if you do it well.

No niche is saturated. Each niche is a blank slate depending on the geographic location you decide to target, And you can always niche down, always. To absurd levels even.

Every niche is ''saturated'' these days, but it's good because there's money to be made.
Have better offers than your competitors.

Well, if the niche is saturated then there's lot of money to be made from that niche.

If a niche is saturated, it means there's a lot of competition. But you can make it work with consistent hard work and dedication.

So the main goal is to find some long tail keywords with little competition and scale them, right?
if it were up to you, would you aim for a local market or would you go for the English audience?

This is actually what I mean, if you do that you can grow easier

You have to find the gem in every niche, saturation is not there actually

its not saturated if you target low comp keywords.

But I still won't suggest you choose the niche, unless you got a ton of $$$ want to throw lol.

Learn to find niche keyword research. after do that and find yourself. no one can tell exactly saturated niches. all niches are changing time to time. use google trend and ahref to find niche keyword research.

Yes you need a more restricted niche. Gym and fitness for elder people, gym and fitness for pets It will be easier to rank.
