Are there domain registrars where you can transfer a domain right after buying it?

So I just bought this domain at godaddy and wanted to sell it right away. But it turns out I can't do that because of some Icann regulations and have to wait for 2 months before transfering it. Are there any registrars where they don't have this rule?

You can push the domain to another user account in godaddy . Ask him to register an account there and simply initiate the account change.

Thanks, that's a good idea and I will probably do that.

But I was also kinda looking for some kind of offshore domain registar that doesn't comply with the icann rules and where I can just directly transfer a domain after buying it.

There was no registrars in the world can ever disobey the rule. Because the transfer will need to be finished on registry level.
