Are there any websites which could bring you good passive money just by referrals?

I heard that there are some websites, doesn't matter if they are CPA / PPD or even GPT , that actually have ludicrous referral earnings ( like 30%) and which are good just for bringing referrals alone. Can anyone suggest me some of these websites/affiliate networks if there actually are some, that could by bringing quality referrals bring some good passive income... Thanks!

do you have lots of active referrals, and how big is percentage of earnings from them. I heard some day on forum I think that some guy said that he is using 2 websites purely for referrals ( I think he said that those websites share 30$ of referral earnings), unfortunately I can't find that post where I saw that.
