Are there any tools that can make mass mu blogs on own host?

I want to spawn a bunch of blogs on each of my domains, but I hate setting preferences for each blog every time, are there any scripts that can automate this or batch change?

Could you explain what a mu blog is?

For mass spawning, you want csv2 blog.

If you want cloning, RJ sez he has something in the works

If you want to actually control your empire, I guess wpmanagerdx is a good bet, it will install subdomain blogs but they will not be MU blogs.
