There are a lot of platforms where you can sell shoutouts, but most of them don't allow porn accounts, do they?

I own big porn account and want to try selling promotion on them.

So are there any platforms, like influencer marketplaces, where this is possible.

It seems you are right - you can do adult shoutouts on gigsocial. But it also seems, that there is no any traffic there.

you will have to work on gigssocial to pickup traffic. 1 day is
not a good traffic gauge

If you check gigsocial.com on socialblade, it has only 8k visits last month.
