Are there ANY free tld's like .ml .tk etc. available, since even random letter sequences are gone

only site i know that gives them for free is freenom.com BUT even jiasdasdskjcmsc.ml / gd /gq /tk and so on are no available...

i just want a free hosting that i don't have to think about canceling after a year...
only thing i want to host is some legal knowledge for friends like open course ware and other MOOC's...

okay i got a domain name, but it says the email adress was already used.
the mail address that was created 5 seconds ago ^^

the thing is i either have it free without any hassle and worst case credit card payment or i leave it like it is

They are, but they have huge threat from hackers

If your consider domains for development over the long run that is better to invest some money today in order to have some predictable development in the future.
