Just curious if there are any CPA networks out there that don't give a shit about what methods you use, they pay out, and don't tell you the advertiser has decided not to pay after you pulled in a ton of leads (garbage leads or good ones). Was thinking of using blackhatcodebreaker and what I'd have to use as defense if an AM asked how I was getting so many leads/sales on a particular offer.

I doubt any open, public net is going to go "eWhoring? Cookie Stuffing? Great!".

What you need to do is make it so they don't have to care how you're generating leads. Buying junk traffic to keep your conversion percentages to within reasonable limits and very careful cloaking and referer scrubbing should make them never have to ask you what you're doing.

I know that a few blackhatters, including people here, have formed private CPA nets. From what I've seen it's fairly simple to do as most nets use DirectTrack at the core.

The private nets are most definitely BH friendly as they're run by blackhatters, but they still have to answer to the advertisers on the back end so they can't just send 100% converting traffic that never generates real leads. And I'd wager the advantage of a private net is not whether or not it's BH friendly, but that it puts you a step closer to the full payout from the advertiser with no middle man.
