A lot of BlackHat activity has happened in the past with people trying to impersonate facebook on google ads and because of which you will likely face a lot of heat when you're running your ads. I will suggest you to try and run with a very tiny small budget in order to see if you face suspension anyway and please try and avoid promoting phone numbers which you have on your fb page with google call extension

The best thing is to actually explain what part of Facebook page are you going to advertise. The keyword part too. That'll decide how your Adwords campaign is going to stay.

Try and avoid promoting your facebook page to generate phone calls because that'll drive more suspension because google AI knows that promoting phone numbers using fb page is kind of spam or scam shit because it has been done tons of times in the past so just be careful with that but hey you can still try if you want.
