hi guys I am new member here and also I am newibe in SEO so I want to know if the free backlinking methods including (comments-articls-EDU and GOV blogs) is realy working or it is just a weast of time.

Of course it's working. Sure if you only create like 4 blog comments, you won't see a big difference. But if you scale it up, it will definitely improve your rankings.
