Hey Guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone is still sending mass IMs on Yahoo/skype etc or are their days over?

If yes I would like to have a discussion on this as I have a product in this niche to be launched soon.

Mainly what products are you promoting -

In my tests I have found dating and freebie CPA offers to work good with a decent 20% conversions.

Any suggestions/similar experiences from experienced marketers who market on IM networks would be a great help for fellow marketers here.

It's become hard; a lot of people have in some way shape or form been told by (mostly media) that any links/etc. you get from an IM you don't know is a scammer...it's a shame really.

Still possible though.

Agree. Yahoo is dead as a doorknob. Skype was ok for a while. FB is the way to go IMO.

LOL....Yahoo is nothing but bots spamming each other back and forth on autoresponders....It's way dead.

Are you guys talking about simple bots which send wild links to a list of yahoo accounts with links and some strange symbols. If yes , they are surely dead long back.

Iam talking about smart bots with Artificial Intelligence and Scripts which converse with a user like a real person and then send them offers. Have anyone here used such a product ever? This is not the plain old chat room spamming Iam taking about.

Say its SPIM 2.0.:D
