Are the ad estimate clicks true?

I just hopped on to my adwords campaign and it shows me 570 clicks for 40$. Do you ever get close to the estimate given by Adwords?

They're all over the map, I'm sometimes higher and sometimes lower. It is partly a guess on Google's part, partly mouth service IMO.

I also think that google estimates are not real.
they show more impressions than actual impressions.
