Are swiss banks still anonymous?

Just so you are aware. If your funds are in US dollars then all US dollars are routed via Dellaware and New York no matter where you are. That is so federal reserve can keep tabs on the US dollar. So to start with I would suggest using a different currency.

Best way to stay anonymous - here is what you do. Set up a IBC in either Seychelles, Panama, Caymans etc, (I prefer Seychelles) and then set up another one using your first IBC. Then use your second one. Use reputatable bank in that country. So in effect the second IBC is owned by anonymous first IBC. IS about 800 pounds to get a IBC set up for you. I suggest you use law firm outside your country.

I have some very good contacts for this sort of thing. IM me for more

Then set up a seperate Paypal acc with IBC details. Just make sure you get CC with banks account. Takes about 4-6 wks to set up.

Also remember to check with a lawyer (who has experience in IBCs) about laws that relate to your country. Find out laws relating to IBCs buying assets in your country etc and where you stand with either...

- regional office
- branch office or
- representative office.

The answer to your question about swiss banks is pretty simple. Yes you are relatively safe. The fact is every now and then, while it is rare a few bank branches have disclosed client details under pressure or had data stolen. A few incidents have left a deep black scar on the swiss banking industry as far as remaining private.

Also remember that this is not the countries fault but instead that particular bank. And there is no guarantee that the Swiss won't change their minds in ten years time, while it is unlikely, it is still possible they will cave in to mounting pressure.

Also bear in mind that by not keeping privacy that the Swiss stand to lose an aweful lot of economic wealth which they know is to their detrement. Also to remember that in the past there have been leaks in Jersey and Isle of Man and they have eventually blown over.
