No just your ad accounts. I speak from experience as I have had all my fb ad accounts banned
Did you finish this?
My grandmother passed away 2 weeks ago and now my grandfather is sick and weak so I got different priorities at the moment.
You could buy 3rd party sweepstake email data and promote sweepstake offers using it.
3rd party data is simply users that have given permission to receive messages from third parties.
There is a lot of sweepstake data that exists. Which are users that already filled out a sweepstake. Chances are many will do it again.
I've been promoting CPA offers for over 18 years using 3rd party data.
The downside is that you can potentially still get a spam complaint, because a small number of users may have forgotten or didn't realize they gave permission and complain. However, there are ways to mitigate complaints so you greatly reduce the chances of getting your ESP account terminated.
How do you find this data? A quick google search just brings up some companies that handle running sweepstakes for you. Do you manually import the data into aweber, or is it more like solo ads?
Look up data brokers.
After you have acquired data, the real short answer is...
You need to have the data cleaned first by a reputable list cleaning service. If the offer you are going to send has a suppression list, you should clean the data with it as well.
You would then upload to an ESP or use an SMTP service.
I wouldn't use aweber or getresponse to start with. I would use them later on to move opens / clickers to.
I've been using IG Storys for sweepstake offers, considering i have only ran a few campaigns, thats the best start for me until i move further for ads in facebook feeds.
Both IG and FB do allow sweeps offers if you run them compliantly - meaning you follow their advertising guidelines. I've been doing it for 2 years and I did get my account banned twice - once out of my own stupidity (didn't follow the ad guidelines) and once for unknown reason.
But in both cases I got my account back - which isn't that hard either if you don't get caught cloaking etc. For me the one thing that helped me the most was this book on how to write appeals for Facebook, it was sold on Amazon for a few bucks, I think it was called "Getting Your Banned Facebook Ads Account Back" or something like that.
Hmmm really, i really doubt you will get it back if they catch you cloaking, and slow down on your Ebook advertising my man!
do not mention iPhone stuff there. ads were running for a while, but they disabled every my account.
I think you misread what I said - if you DON'T get caught cloaking, then there's a good chance to get it back if you know what you're doing with the appeal. Or more broadly, if you don't get caught with anything where it's immediately clear that you're trying to deceive FB or its algo.
Not my book btw, is mentioning any resource forbidden here? These kinds of forums make people paranoid I guess
