I hope I'm not posting this in the wrong place.

I would like to know if sites like addmefast or youlikehits are legal.

The reason I'm asking is because I'd like to open one myself.

Any information and/or pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

I'm not a lawyer, but you do sign a contract when agreeing to social network TOS. This would be civil law, rather than criminal law though, at least in the UK (and US I think).

Best of luck with your Social Exchange site - there's nothing more wonderful to see than people just saying 'let's just do it' with projects like this, and becoming successful.

Yes they're legal... There is absolutely nothing illegal about it.

You are simply providing a means for users to communicate with each other.

As far as I'm aware there's nothing Social Network Sites can do to stop this. Bot's for automation are another matter entirely though.
