I have a few sites that are over a year old and really dont generate any income worth even mentioning, but that's because I have no clue what I am doing on that end, but I am getting natural traffic.
I follow the you give them what they way and they will come.
You have to consider I have done zero SEO on them as well.

Forsay, if someone were to buy one off me, knowing they could turn it around and monetize it, it is even worth anything?

My one site gets about 30 hits a day (130) this month, and about 56% bounce rate and a few of the pages rank on the first page, even though there is a mountain of competition.
    Thanks in advanced.

You might get a little more than a site with no traffic, but not much more. You're probably looking at $50-100 depending who/where you sell.

why don't you just put some adsense code on them and see what happens?
you are missing out on money if you have traffic but no ads.
there's not really a point in selling sites like these because you will get very little money.
maybe you should keep them, rank them higher, and earn some cash with them for at least a few months.
and then try to sell them.

I do have adsence on them. one of the sites has about 100 hits onto the ads.

I would prob take $100 for it, but I know deep down I am onto something, I am just not good enough to take advantage of what I started.

wonder if I could get a partner or something, its such a waste right now :(
Its like those guys who find buried treasure in the ocean but have no way to get it out.

It is all about how much time it would take you to make the same site and how much money you could have done in the same time by doing something else.
