Are PVA accounts REALLY better than Non verified accounts?

So it's been 2 years since I used Youtube for IM and alot seems to have changed.

I'll be purchasing accounts for sure, but was wondering with all of the changes, if i'm using private proxies, clearing caches, deleting flash cookies after each session,etc. what real difference will having a PVA account make if I don't actually have access to that phone number?

I believe so. After having countless accounts banned, I personally believe PVA accounts stay up a little longer. Something like that.

Both are in same case if used on various free proxies. the result is ban
