Are proxies enough protection?

Of course with deleting your cookies and cache, is running a proxy enough protection to stay one step above the egay ban hammer? I'm contemplating on just going to a friends house (knowing he doesn't deal with any aff marketing) with my newly acquired second acct.

You mean using your friends connection as the proxy? That should be OK considering no one else will be using the proxy.

As long as no ebay marketing was performed on ebay from his computer there should be no problem with managing a second account that way.
