Are lower tier country fans actually worth anything?

I have spent over £100 developing a Facebook page, but I targeted worldwide countries, and people who speak English. A lot of the likes are from eastern countries though!

They are very active. The page is 8000 large and get's quite a lot of interaction. One post had over 80 comments, and I regularly get 25+ shares and 50+ likes (baring in mind the reach is only to about 500 a time! Stupid Facebook)

I was thinking of ways to monetize this, but I don't know if these lower tier countries will actually make me money?

I am thinking of promoting a clickbank offer. Will they actually buy?

Also, I was thinking of creating a blog and driving traffic to it. Is it pointless if they aren't from tier 1 countries?

** The page posts inspirational quotes and pictures. General motivating stuff**

It depends where it ultimately ends up - if they're sharing it you're getting reach beyond the user you have visibility over, which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on who they are :)

Test the waters, see what happens!

Real is better than fake, USA is better than non-USA, and western european is better than other non-USA countries. Now this is for Google ranking... if you are converting traffic who cares, money is money... but for ranking in Google (in the US) real USA fans is what you want.
