    All I would change now is use much better quality content.
    That's almost white hat, certainly no darker than light grey.

    Wrong day to ask any seo question , all knowledge seems to be in bin today with the stupid G update , but on a serious note anything which you can do without footprint WAS supposed to be good .

    Ang agree with above you just need to use them wisely.
