Are links with UGC attribution any valuable?

I made a comment on this website (40/45, low spam score), just to find out that I got 260 Nofollow (UGC) links from it in less than 24 hours.

I read this post from moz: https://moz.com/blog/nofollow-sponsored-ugc

And I was just wondering, do you think these links would be valuable in anyway?
In your opinion, would they hurt my ranking? Would they be suitable to diversify my backlink profile?

I wasn't expecting to get that much links, but the comment is appearing in their footer (you get the point).

Ever since those links got indexed, my website has seen around %40 drop in traffic.
Should I wait or disavow them?
