    If they are still working then I have a few questions if anyone can please answer.

    In a LW if for example if I have 4 web 2.0 properties in the in tier 2, is it okay to chain link all 4 of them in a wheel or should I keep one of them from linking meaning the wheel is broken and not all 4 linking in a circle? My tier 2 web 2.0 will I presume need to link back at tier 1 which could be also web 2.0s.

    Also what is a linkwheel inside a tiered work? I am pretty much confused here, if I do tiered work and I have a lets say 3 web 2.0s linking to my money site in tier 1 and those tier one 2.0s get link from 3 other web 2.0s then I use gsa to work on my tier two and no hands seo on the tier 2, is that a tiered work? If so then where does this link wheel come in play? I have a board and I write down my tier 1, 2 and 3 but where do I implement this link wheel (which be itself is clear to me)?

    Wow, very complicated scheme and question ;)
    Just follow simple tier structure, Tier1:money site, Tier 2 - web2, Tier3-blast with all stuff ;)

    Ok. You are right on the tiered link building. Just use some web 2.0s and manual social bookmarks as tier 1, these must be of high quality.
    Build some GSA links to the above tier 1 properties. Gather all the built tier 2 properties and blast them as hell using Fiverr services.
    Link wheel is not necessarily implemented in these tiered link buildings. Hope some senior here clarifies it.

    Here is an example since your question is very chaotic.

    Tier1= 20 High Web 2.0 (blogger,wordpress,tumblr,weebly...) ---> not interlinking, we don't want to leave obviously footprints.
    Tier2= 200 Web 2.0, 20 Doc. Sharing
    Tier3= 10000 Blog Comment + 10000 Xrumer blast

    Link wheels are interlinked tier one links.

    In other words you are waving a red flag saying "look at me self promoting"
    Link wheels (as they were - interlinked spokes) died in 2009.
    There are some twists on this theme that can work, but the basic premise is dead as a duck

    Also - don't get hung up on WEB2.0 only as a first tier. That in itself is a massive footprint

    "Hey Google, come and have a look at how all my direct links are from WEB2.0 sites"

    ...How likely is THAT to have occured naturally? (it's not - in case you were wondering)

    Do NOT ever. You have to threat Tier 2 same as Tier 1, forget blasts

    Tier 2 is the new Tier 1 :)

    Blasting is for certain styles of marketing only. Churn and burn sites maybe and a few other exceptions. Mostly - blasting is a fuck-nut approach these days

    They are outdated and it looks like self promotion. Instead concentrate on tiered link building.
