agency or verified bm has can have high budget. Also you can try prepaid accounts.

exactly like that, but the supply is scarce because it depends on previous old accounts

at prepaid and postpaid doesn't seem to affect spending limits. The only thing is to look for accounts with high spending limits, usually having to go buy it
