It has same value, depends on site.
If it's PBN not worth but if it slapped sites and owner tries to recover and you get good deal is worth the risk.

Guest post links with 0 traffic can still be valuable, but they depend on the quality, relevance, and authority of the website.

Good point—links from zero-traffic pages likely don’t pass much SEO value if Google isn’t ranking them. They’re okay for diversity but focus more on links from pages with active traffic.

RIght you are. and I am also looking for tools who also focus on bing, yandex as most of the tools don't show these search engine traffic.

And OP, I don't think there is any value of these guest post and most of them are like bad link farm.
