I've seen a lot of people looking for one and came across to a website that give views or something like that, what is the purpose of buying views? Are those artificial views being monetized?

The one who keep stealing and ripping my original tutorial videos might be buying views because the number of likes are odd (example for the same video: [STOLEN: 24k views = 8 likes], [MY ORIGINAL VIDEO: 61k views = 1160 likes]).

He shamelessly erased my watermarks and I assume he altered the video and audio plus this Youtube keep on ignoring my copyright takedown reports.

Even the big YT superstars buy views but they mix it up with real traffic, in the end you will get caught but I don't think no one is stupid enough to enable ads on software generated views in hope of earning money from those views.

Well, that is the reason why it is always and will always be best to earn views and subscribers the natural way. It may not be easy and it may not be the quickest way to do things but it is the one that can give you the best and lasting results.
