Are .edu.XX domains worth it?

    Title says it all basically are .edu.xx domains worth the same as a .edu? Or even close?

    the only reason edu domains are powerful is because the existing ones hold authority and the indexs can be pr8+

    buying a .edu is uesless.

    Its has its worth, if you ask me.
    Maybe its not as much as .edu but .edu. its worth

    :) if you buy it at the price of .com's than I suggest you buy it

    it is worth for low prices. Still you get links from authority sites that is the advantage.

    .edu.xx or .edu.xxx or any other extension not ending with .edu.

    Think about it this way, lets say I bought a domain .edu.cc, I'd be basically giving you a subdomain of my domain which is called "edu"

    .EDU is given only to accredited US universities via a purchasing order and are manually reviewed by educase. Other domains, such as .edu.pl can be registered for less than the cost of a .com by anyone without any sort of review or anything.

    So yes, there is a difference.

    The thing is true .edu is having higher authority than .edu.xx.But if you consider as a backlinks it is also helpful.
