For example, if I bought a 5 year old account for the following purpose

Post 2 to 3 times a week in groups with a link to my own domains. So a total of 3 posts a week with links. Then other normal posts to seem natural.

Would that account last or would it get killed pretty quick even with the age.

Not anymore IMO. FB is is going to be Orkut soon. They fucked it all up by making everything pay for play. Most normal people I know are already avoiding it - it's the first sign marketers will also be leaving, once customers do.

That depends on how you use the account. The slower the better.. Also, make sure to always warm the account for at least a week or two before start joining groups and posting onto them. So if you want your account to be safe then do everything slow and make sure to do human activity. So of course it definitely worth it!

What about starting groups? Do you need an aged account for that or does Facebook not care if you just a start a group.

Common sense says if you're going to the expense of buying anything aged and at a price, then you look after it.

If you're going to just spam the crap out of everything then expect a swift ban.

Any fresh account I have bought recently have needed to be warmed up for 3 weeks before hand. 10 a day for 30 days - a few banned accounts = profit

you should warm up slowly and always doing different things, never use the same pattern to warmup. facebook algorithms are way to smart.

    Thanks for the info.

But if I wanted to start my own group, can I just do that with any account or do they ban those kind of things too?
